Day

You will receive assistance on your arrival in Ahmedabad. Check in at the hotel. Later, visit the Gandhi Ashram along the banks of the river Sabarmati. Mahatma Gandhi set out on his Dandi march from this ashram. It has now been converted into a museum. See intricate carvings at the Hate Singh Jain Temple and admire the grand architecture of the Akshardham Temple. Stay overnight at the hotel.

 Drive from Ahmedabad to Jamnagar (330 km/approx. 6 hours) | Sightseeing in Jamnagar
Check out from the hotel and drive to Jamnagar. On your way, visit an ancient and beautifully carved step well. In the evening, go to the Bala Hanuman Temple. This temple is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records for the continuous chanting of ‘Shri Ram, Jai Ram, Jai Jai Ram’ by its devotees since 1964. Overnight in Jamnagar.
Drive from Jamnagar to Dwarka (150 km/approx. 3 hours) | Sightseeing in Dwarka
Check out from the hotel and drive to Dwarka. Check in at the hotel and spend some time at your leisure. visit Beyt Dwarka, believed to be the original abode of Lord Krishna. The Nageshwar Jyotirlinga Temple is home to one of the 12 svayambhu (self-existent) Jyotirlingas in the world. Visit the Gopi Talav, the lake where gopis are said to have reunited with Lord Krishna. The Rukmini Devi Temple is dedicated to the wife of Lord Krishna. Stay overnight at the hotel in Dwarka.
Drive from Dwarka to Somnath (240 km/approx. 5 hours) | Sightseeing in Porbandar and Somnath
On your way, visit the Kirti Mandir in Porbandar, the haveli in which Mahatma Gandhi was born. It is now a museum. Also, visit the Sudama Temple, built to honour the friendship between Krishna and Sudama. Once in Somnath, go to the Somnath Temple which is situated by the sea and the Bhalka Tirth Temple where Lord Krishna is said to have been accidentally shot in the foot. Overnight in Somnath.
 Drive from Somnath to Gir (50 km/approx. 1.5 hours) | Jungle safari
Check out from the hotel and drive to Gir. Sasan Gir is known for being the only forest outside of Africa to have wild lions. Gir also has a large leopard population. Its other animal species include the sambar, spotted deer, nilgai and the chowsingha (the world’s only four-horned antelope). Even crocodiles can be seen in the reservoir and rivers flowing through the sanctuary. Go on an afternoon safari in the National Park by paying directly at the Park. Stay overnight in Gir.
Drive from Gir to Diu (110 km/approx. 2 hours)
Drive to Diu and spend the day at the beach. Overnight at the hotel.
